Does Litt Sixx test their products on animals?

While we make every effort to keep our products updated and in-stock, there are times when we have to implement back-ordering. Please stay tuned to the website or sign up to recieve emails from our subscribers list with all Litt Sixx info, coupon codes and release/stock update info.

What are fragrance notes?
“Notes” are the different scents present in a fragrance. They are separated into three categories: top notes, middle notes, and base notes.
What type of wax and wicks are the candles made of?
Litt Sixx candles are made from a proprietary blend of soy wax and paraffin. Years of development and testing have shown this to be the optimal blend for a clean burn and maximum fragrance throw. We use an all cotton, lead-free wick.
What's the best way to burn the candle?

When will I be billed?
Your purchase will be charged immediately upon placing your order on our website.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Litt Sixx accepts every major credit card: American Express, Visa, Mastercard, and Discover and Paypal.
Why is my promotion code not working?
Double-check to ensure the code is spelled correctly. Our codes are case sensitive. Also verify that code has not expired. Some promotion codes have minimum purchase requirements and include restrictions and exclusions on select products.

How long will it take to receive my products?
For our in stock items, it will take 1-2 days for order processing. Once the order is processed it will be mailed out and delivery time is based on your shipping preference. During the summer months from approximately June 1 – September 15, we operate on a restricted shipping schedule and only ship our products on Monday- Thursday to avoid prolonged exposure the excessive heat and elevated temperatures in transit.

What is your return policy?
Due to the nature of Litt Sixx products, all sales are final. We will replace broken items or items damaged in transit with proof and notice given within 2 days of shipment received. Refunds, returns or replacement products for reasons other than damages incurred during shipping cannot be accepted.

In addition, we collect the Internet protocol (IP) address used to connect your computer to the Internet; login; e-mail address; password; computer and connection information and purchase history. Our company is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.
All direct payment gateways offered by Wix.com and used by our company adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.
